  1. Hey guys, I live in Peckham Rye with my hubby and our beautiful baby. I want to start an informal foodie group for local mums or others who are around during weekdays. My thought was to host a social event at our home (could rotate to others if of interest) every couple of weeks to swap recipes, sample goodies, etc. The Great British Bake-off without Paul and Mary! Open to ideas on the format, just get in touch if it sounds like something of interest.
  2. Thanks for the tip Huggers; funny things is that we lived in Shoreditch until recently and yes, we've now been out-priced of the area!
  3. Right, I think we'll check it out tomorrow evening, but all in all, it sounds pretty good. The Jubilee party sounds like fun, always nice to know there is a community there. Thanks all!
  4. Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, the road I grew up on had the same problem, but it wasn't hugely disruptive. I guess the best was to tell is to check it out at rush hour some evening. Any other comments people have on the road in general still welcome :-)
  5. Hi there, We are a young(ish) couple looking to move to East Dulwich/ Peckham (mainly around Bellenden conservation). We've seen some houses on Anstey Road, which we quite like but are a bit concerned about the speed bumps; is it used as a rat run? We have a baby on the way so would like to check if traffic and parking are issues around here. Any advice or recommendations you have would be warmly received. Thanks in advance!
