To reply to the query about Peckham Market - I went and it was excellent. In the playground of Harris Academy, very well organised and colourful with music, lots of people and good quality products - from Sardinian cheeses to a plant and flower stall. Worth a visit. Quite expensive, but pleasant Saturday outing.

The Highbury & Islington to Clapham line opens up brilliant new horizons - no need for a car here in Peckham. Would recommend.

Is Peckham still on the up or has it plateaued ? (Peckham is a nice place to live if you want to stay central)

This is such a brilliant idea - could it be heated in winter like London Fields ? If there is a need for more space there could be a tunnel under East Dulwich Road and make use of the lower end of Peckham Rye itself. Maybe it could be linked to the regeneration of the Station area somehow. This is the best idea for ages !!!
