  1. Ok, thanks. Will have a look.: )
  2. Hello, I'm looking for a Christmas wreath making workshop for daughter and I. The one at Stag & Bow is sold out! : ( Would love to make my own wreath with daughter this year. Any recommendations very welcome. Many thanks.
  3. We sadly missed out on the day they had a slime workshop. It was fully booked. My daughter was very upset! I highly recommend the club if you are a working parent and need childcare. The club has lots of varied activities.
  4. I went to Horniman Cafe and daughter wanted a snack so got a ginger biscuit and a raspberry lemonade, paid ?5. ?2.50 each, seriously ?2.50 for a tiny biscuit? It's crazy!!
  5. Yes, we love it too. My daughter loves art so she loves making things and getting creative. It is run really well.
  6. Hove is lovely and easily accessible by train. If you walk a bit further, you can find a quiet strip. It's beautiful!
  7. Thanks Redjam and Norfolkvillas for your swift responses. She programs in the afternoon on my laptop but asks me questions and sadly I'm quite ill equipped. I need to look at it properly to help her. I will look into the workshops. She's very computer literate for her age so I'm keen to encourage her. Thanks x
  8. Hello, Daughter loves coding. Does anyone know of any classes locally? She's currently working with Scratch. Thanks.
  9. Botany Bay is quite nice and you can visit all the bays. Have a look on Airbnb for accommodation. Plus you could visit the Turner Contemporary.
  10. Well I'll be happy to join you if you've got kids. My daughter is at school during the day so I'm on my own. I am open to play dates and hanging out with kids but mainly looking for friends to hang out for a coffee or just do a nice day trip while your kids are at school. : )
  11. Hi, I wondered if there are other mums out there who would like to do day trips maybe to museums and cafes? I'd like to meet new people and add more people to my roster of people I hang out with. I sometimes go to Brighton or Kew for the day if the weather is nice. Anyone interested? I'm 37 and run a production studio but in between jobs I have time. Pm me if you are interested.
  12. well we tend to leave quite early.
  13. Really? Well we live in Forest Hill and manage to get there within 1.5 to 2 hrs and we visit Norfolk often.
  14. Also only 1.5 hrs from ED.
  15. you could go to Norfolk, go on a boat, go to Holkham beach and Morston. There are zoos, nature reserves and the beach. So much to do and see.. x
