To the people or anyone who knows them who broke into my garage and stole three bikes have a bit of common decency if that?s not too much to ask and return them. I cannot afford to replace these bikes so would like them back

Has anyone encountered problems with Southwark whilst trying to downsize? I live in a three bedroom property and have been on the housing list to downsize to a two bedroom since 2010. I finally found a property I liked and bid. Two days after being told I was the first on the list to view the two bedroom, I received a letter stating because I am not a pensioner and the bedroom tax policies, I could no longer bid on a two bedroom property. This is despite the fact I have an adult daughter living with me, work full time and am trying to give up a bedroom. I am unsure how to move forward with this or who to contact for help. Any advice would be appreciated.

I live on the estate and there is no more social problems then in the surrounding areas. People shoild not assume all estates are crime ridden
