    We recently rented our office in dulwich keef and paid around ?270 for an admin fee, this was the same with the property before. I agree a total rip off but not sure if there are any agents that don't charge tenants like this. Depending on the contract, I think they can charge you for the inventory either when you move in or out. Might be worth checking that. good luck

    I like colouring in with felt tip pens and practising drawing treble clefs I still wear knee length socks whenever I can get away with it I colour code my wardrobe I occasionally light farts I love maths problems I would love to get a soldering kit for my birthday A chemistry set would also go down well These are probably more childish than geeky though - I am 40 years old, bah

    I was chuffed LuvPeckham and I managed to bundle Miles into a corner but he escaped. I also did 'get Karter', I went to knock for him on the way to see if he wanted to come out to play. No shame for me and I cured my shyness, everybody was lovely bet there was for some though?

    Yeah the pampas grass thing was well known I thought? Was deffo a 70's thing. Supposedly it is the tattoo on the lower back these days I don't have one, before anyone asks!

    I'm definitely me and think i come across in my usual garbled manner but not as my forum name describes. Oddly I wasn't aware that chuff was a word for lady bits and now every time I post, I have a picture of myself as a sort of burger with legs in my head. Hope nobody else thinks same. Chuff
