Elfy has your table! And we have the spotty tablecloth well looked after as well.. It was a great success yesterday despite the weather- all our stock went by 3pm!

Tues 5th is fine with me! Looking forward to it! I was thinking of dabbling in some breadmaking in which case I could perhaps provide some for the fair- people could always use it as a football if it does not serve its purpose as a foodstuff :-)

There is a traffic warden on Goodrich every morning now at around 8am. He particularly feeds off people parked across the dropped kerbs for the disabled/pushchairs. Having been on the receiving end of one of them (ok i should not have parked there but sometimes I can't bear walking more than 10 metres with my Sainsbury bags) I conversed with him one morning stating that he must be making a killing off this particular spot, having bagged one car who had parked there for a week and got a lovely surprise I am sure when he returned to find 7 tickets-heh. His response? 'I'm not making the money, it's the council'. Erm, quite. They started doing the checks in January apparently.

We will be a little after 7-30 (or a lot depending on how long it takes to eat a Sea Cow). I assume these occasions stretch out longer than an hour, particular on an anniversary?

Hurray! I finally managed to get registered- having been following the forum for a while and getting some useful tips and a lot of laughs from it I have plucked up the courage to actually make a post. Myself and my friend Niki (garden fence Niki who inexplicably did not take up the offer of fence fixing in return for lasagne favours :-)) will be at the Drum tonight so if you see two loverly ladies looking for conversation and a good time please reveal yourselves. Depending on the amount of alcohol consumed, the dancing girls may even become a reality.
