Just be aware they don?t offer the traditional estate agent service and you won?t necessarily get as many viewings as you would from a normal estate agent.

Advice! Which roads have the largest dimensions...
L16579 replied to Catlover561's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
We?re about to put our 2 bed back on the market at the top end of Upland road. 730sq feet with basement/utility and large sunny garden. Will go on at ?475k -
Are houses selling around here at all?
L16579 replied to James's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
We?re considering taking ?450k for our 2 bed conversion now the markets taken a tumble. Family situation otherwise we would hang on for a year or so and hope to get nearer the ?550k the estate agents were sure it was worth in March. I think there has been a lot of over pricing by the local estate agents which hasn?t helped. -

Our flat too, I can?t believe anything is selling. I?ve seen a number of houses and flats go under offer and then a few weeks later they are back on the market. -
So we live at the dunstans end of Upland and have a dog but ours is not left a home in the day at all and when we are in he rarely barks. We do however sometimes have an issue with him hearing another dog bark which set him off, wondering if this could be the dog in question... who sets him off I mean.

These plants have long rap roots that will easily regrow if you break the root when pulling them out. After a 3 year battle I have mostly extinguished them from my back garden. It's best if you can get any seedlings early on so the roots are still small and as intexas suggests before they flower. Good luck.

North dulwich station temporary steps - does anyone know?
L16579 replied to Melihoople's topic in The Lounge
As of this morning you still have to use the temporary bridge, also I think it will be a while before the work on platform 1 is complete. There is a poster in the station stating when but I can't remember the exact dates. -
Thanks all. I should have been clearer in the original post, next door have removed the ivy and now the fence is falling down. They have no intention of replacing the fence. On closer inspection the front(neat side) of the fence faces their garden which suggests it belongs to that property. I am really trying to establish if the fence is southwark's responsibility and how likely they are to replace it. I will probably just end up paying for the replacement but feels as though the neighbours have forced me into it.

Unfortunately they don't tried that first.

Does anyone know how to identify which fence (i.e. left/right) belongs to a property? Southwark council own the neighbouring property and the tenants have taken it upon themselves to remove the ivy that was holding the old fence together. I am just trying to work out who's responsibility it is - any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi Jacqui, that is very kind of you, we did however order some new, less desirable ones! Thank-you for the consideration, we would have been very grateful otherwise.

Not sure when it happened but someone has stolen our hubcaps from our golf parked on Dunstans near the junction with upland! I have no idea why someone would even want them!! Just a heads up really to go along with all of the other car crime in the area at the moment.

Looks like Japanese Knotweed to me, but the flowers are the same

The new blue bins are a darker shade of blue more like a dusty navy

I guess it depends which end of Dunstans you are considering, but the Lordship lane end is definitely less than 30 mins from forest hill - more like 10 mins on the bus.
