We used Prestige Build to do a fairly major project on our house which involved replacing pretty much every floor, wall and ceiling in the property as well as lowering the ground floor throughout, replacing entire foundations and doing a side return extension. Jay and the team were exactly what we wanted from a build team in terms of being professional, hard working, proactive and thoughtful during the entire project. Whilst the quote was not the cheapest we received, we felt very much that we that the service and level of finish comfortably justified the cost. The team always provided detailed works breakdowns so we were always up to speed as a result. For us as a family with busy working lives it was crucial that we worked with experienced builders who were not only take the time to listen and understand our requirements, be responsive and professional, but also give us the benefit of their knowledge throughout, which they did.
