  1. Thank you Cedges. That is really useful info. x
  2. Thanks KidKruger. Sound advice-I don't need to prove it to him. x
  3. I am in a relationship with a man who is verbally abusing me. He will not accept this and says I am the one causing trouble. My situation is particularly difficult as I have MS and am housebound. I just wondered if there is any way I can record what is happening. My phone is very old and does not have a record function. Any ideas gratefully received. Thanks.
  4. I would like to come but am in a wheelchair-is the cafe accessible and does it have a disabled toilet? Thanks.
  5. I was so very very sad to read this story. I am thinking of you Steph and hope you have lots of support from friends to help you through this awful time I don't think there is a debate about dogs being kept on leads when in public places. Of course they must be otherwise these awful stories will keep appearing.
  6. So sorry to read this. I too have MS and so know how you and your mum must feel. I regularly use Croydon Shopmobility where I hire an elecrtric scooter so maybe if your mum needs to go out you could try them Good luck
  7. Hi I am 56 and developed CRT at the start of the menopause It is so very painful but completely disappeared after about 6 months. I did wear splints at night-not very comfortable but I think they helped Have you tried a TENS machine? I think you can buy them from any chemist and this might help Congratulations and good luck with the birth of your babies. Regards Alison
  8. How about Kitten?
  9. Hi I have MS and wondered if there was anyone on the Forum in the same position If so maybe we could meet for coffee/general chat. I have never joined a "formal" MS group but thought it might be good to meet occassionally for lunch etc. Drop me a message if you are interested Thanks Alison
