Funny you mention - two guys approached me of that description late last night outside PR station - the white guy repeatedly asked me if he could ask me something. Was quite strange - not sure if it is related

Looking at property around Denman Road and wondered whether anyone had any views on the road and the area? Less safe north of Peckham Rye train line or ok? Transport still good? Any thoughts whatsoever are genuinely appreciated! Thanks!
