Disagree. If a new louder sound system replaced an old not very loud system should u use new system at max volume without complaints. Same differnce with GE. Its money over neighbour relations. And phase 2 has not begun yet which i seem to recall was bar etc on the 1st floor. The fact that the GE management are not on this thread speaks volumes, (pun intended).
