  1. Got Aria's number here and can vouch he deserves his great reviews. He came same day I called, fitting me in in the evening, was prompt, very knowledgeable and thorough, incredibly helpful going to much trouble to sort a tricky job and offering good advice. A really genuine, nice bloke and propper plumber who really knows his trade.
  2. Rang Aaron yesterday having seen recommendations here. I had loads of garden rubbish gone within an hour. He's clearly genuine, does it by weight. Very nice bloke,I would definitely recommend him and use him again.
  3. We are thrilled that today Tinker found his way home!! He has been missing since August 8th, and we had all but lost hope. I had had to rehome him due to moving but he escaped before he had settled into his new home and got lost. We think he may have been trapped in a leaky shed as he was clean but thin and unharmed.Thank you if you looked out for him.
  4. http://imgur.com/gallery/7T3MZ74 Please check your shed, or if you have taken him in please let us know! We are desperately worried about him as he has been missing since August 8th.Camberwell / Peckham borders Thank you.
  5. http://imgur.com/gallery/7T3MZ74 I had such trouble attaching photos, i coukd only add the facebook image of the cat i THOUGHT was Tinker! I had totally superimposed my cat on him, notice only Tinker's front paws are white
  6. I am so sorry if you are worried about your missing cat but I have just called the London Animal Hospital and it isn't Tinker, thank God. Any reports of Tinker gratefully received. He must be in the Peckham or Camberwell area, he maybe trying to find his way back to Eastlake Rd.Still can't seem to attach poster or more photos
  7. I've pm'd you.Thank you. Praying not Tinker.
  8. Tinker, a tabby with white bib and socks, pink nose and paw pads, has been missing since Wednesday 8th August. He was adjusting to being re homed and escaped. Appeals on Facebook and this response attached with mist recent pic of him, but sadly he was scared and ran off.Really terrified he might be the cat mentioned below and hoping against hope not. Any news please call Neila 07541701351 or Jo 07947881887 Thank you
  9. Thanks, yes I am usually there about half the week but we both work and are out during the day. I have always thought alarms and cameras suggest there is more inside (there is a lot of stuff but not much worth anything! It's peace of mind and feeling secure that is genuinely precious) but maybe I need to reconsider.
  10. My new flat mate was disconcerted to hear two men talking very late at night outside our flat about having seen her move in. The general conversation was one telling the other about how small she was, how much stuff she had and how easy it would be to overpower her and help themselves to whatever was inside. The bell went twice earlier in the evening with nobody outside. She felt they knew she was alone and that they have been watching the house, one possibly being a neighbour. We have a basement flat ,thankfully we have a security gate ( following a previous break in) and window locks but both she and I now feel afraid returning to the flat. We live near Loughborough Junction. What's the correct thing to do in these circumstances? Is there a neighbourhood watch in the area? No crime has been committed (yet) but it is threatening and unnerving. Any advice?
  11. I used Collin for the first time yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. He came to look at the many small jobs I had when he said he would, and spent about half an hour here patiently listing them all and answering my questions. He had a calm, can do approach to everything and arranged to come back in two days. He came when he said he would and worked really hard , and at a good pace throughout, over five hours. All were small jobs like fixing broken cupboards, dismantling furniture, hanging pictures, putting up shelves. He worked really hard the whole time and didn't mind at all when I added more jobs I hadn't mentioned or changed my mind about things as he was working. He was a really nice bloke. I am thrilled to have all these jobs done, and at a very reasonable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him highly. Thank you Collin!
  12. I cant believe the sewage works at top of cold harbour are to mean no buses from Brixton to Camberwell till 6th April. I am not aware of any notice being given and met an elderly lady who was in tears at thought of the long walk.
