South Tenerife is quite cold in the winters, so i guess thats out of question. It is cooler in the North of the island compared to the south. Tenerife is like two countries. For sun, sea, pub and club, go to the south; for green, scene, Spain and rain, go to the north.Also, for the christmas part, Tenerife is quite a festive places, they have different activities for every day till new year

I myself have liked Ryanair's service more satisfactory than Easyjets. Somehow the staff experience with Easyjet hasnt ever been courteous and pleasnt enough for my liking

I agree, i have had much worse experiences with rynair but i guess now easyjet is right behind on their footsteps, They just need an excuse to mint money

I agree with the rest, having a property on your name is a a strong point on your side, it give you security. So you should better rent out and that too after good consideration to the tenant's reliablilty:)

I had heard of paid guides that took you to popular resturants, but "unpaid" personal "shoppers" is a rather new term for me. Even if there were such people around, surely they would demand some compensation for the time they spend on you, and that way this activity would be commercialized. The personal shoppers wouldnt have any interest in what you want, and just stick arund for money. You would much rather take your family or friends for shopping . It would be free and give you a more honey advice:)
