  1. Any ideas where I would look for a stolen maxi scooter. Would it have been done to be used locally or further afield? Any been scanning forums but no joy. Was taken from school in HOP, crossed wires with school pickup we are not 100% but was probably left in grounds overnight. It's not really the cost, I am just annoyed. It is red, has superhero stickers on handlebars, and his name written underneath, also took his blue helmet - also with stickers.. d.
  2. Try ACAS: http://www.acas.org.uk They are free and offer good advice (whole sections on redundancy: http://www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=1611) . Having been on both sides of the table dealing with redundancy I would say that you should keep an open mind, you may be involved because you have to be and your employer has no intention of selecting you (of course it is supposed to be impartial but it never is....). but has to include you so as not to be accused of bias. Good luck!
  3. As a dad who was bombarded with Chameleon propaganda, ok, i admit it now, despite costing a fortune they are good and very practical for new borns and young kids. But I think if you took a poll almost everyone buys a MacLaren somewhere in the second/third year! My advice, with hindsight, is buy a second hand Chameleon (say around 400 quid) and expect to buy a MacLaren Techno XT (as we did, and we both love it - very hard wearing, not too big and really tough)

How far are you away then? We are hoping for Stillness but not this year, year after next, we live about 330 meters away. D.
  5. Hi, We are in the middle of buying a house in HOP (currently in dulwich) and it has come up that a public foul water sewer runs under the house, there is a drain at front and back. Is this common in HOP/dulwich. I guess the drains have to come over to the street at some point in terraced rows but it does make me a bit nervous. dave.
