I can not believe the audacity of your original post are you seriously suggesting that because you are considering buying a house that is next door to a council owned property that you will be subject to anti social behaviour and "scumbags" as per your next post. I expect that with an attitude like yours many would not want you as their neighbour whether council tenant or not!
