There are lots of properties coming to the market at the moment. How is everyone making a decision on an estate agent? Any recommendations on an agency you have used recently that had great service and sold the property quickly?

Thanks all is not a circuit breaker. The rooms are on different rings, different circuits and different electrical boxes. The four room where the lights have different fixtures installed between 1-4 years ago. In the rooms where the light fixtures are not working there is one with four bulbs and the others with five bulbs.

Does anyone know if there are been any power surges in the area? We have four rooms where the ceiling lights have all gone this weekend and don?t know if it is a problem with our whole house electrics or something more.

Grandaughter nearly 6 crying missing mummy
twinsmom replied to Kalamiphile's topic in The Family Room Discussion
have you tried having mummy leave a surprise for her hidden that she needs to follow the clues to find? If it is a message, small toy or snack from mummy it may cheer her up to want to go with you and try to find it. Anything that is part of a game normally works as a good distraction in our house. -
I need some suggestions for party bag fillers - age 7. Any unique ideas which wont be tossed into the bin in five minutes?

Sorry it must be a V and not a U. It was going very fast. I don't know the exact speed but significantly over the limit. Regardless if it was 40 or 45, the message is please slow down!

To the Silver SUV license CK04 VGT driving over 40mph last night in ED just before 9pm PLEASE SLOW DOWN! You almost hit my husband last night and didn't even seem to notice. We have small children just starting to ride their bikes on the road and while they were in bed last night if you are out on the road at any time you need to obey the speed limits. There are speed bumps on the road for a reason NOT for you to test out the power of your 4x4! To all drivers...with longer daylight and sunny days there are more cyclists on the road than ever before. Please be careful and try to observe the 20mph speed limit.

Additional recommendation for Dan Bentley! Great for deep tissue massage. Been seeing him for two years. He comes to your house so very convenient http://bentleybodyworks.co.uk/ 07971911120

My former company is launching a "returnship programme". It?s an opportunity for an investment professional who has taken an extended career break to return to the workforce (in partnership with Women Returners - http://womenreturners.com/). If you know of anyone who may be interested, it would be great if you could forward them the link below or just direct them to the careers section of www.man.com https://mancareers.resourcesolutions.com/gold/cbjbaaa/jobsearch/jobdetails.cfm?oJobCode=841094&oSkillCategory=&oJobLocation=&oJobTitle=&oJobType=&oJobNameList=&oContainsAll=&chkInternal=&JS=1

Santa grotto... is it too early to mention this?
twinsmom replied to dibden's topic in The Family Room Discussion
The fair at Dulwich college normally has a lovely Santa if you go early there is only a very short wait, low cost and includes a gift. Students are dressed as elves and entertain the kids while you wait. Friends of Dulwich College Christmas Fair, on Sunday 29th November 2015 from 10.30am-4pm. -

Hi all, I am due 10th Feb. Has anyone suggested a meeting time/date/place? Perhaps Peckham rye park cafe on Sunday afternoon, 6th Sept or Sat 12th Sept around 2pm? If it is nice we can meet on the grass outside the front of the cafe (bring picnic blankets) and if rainy we can have herbal tea indoors.

Any advice about accommodation in or near disneyland paris?
twinsmom replied to echo's topic in The Family Room Discussion
I second the explorers club if you don't want to stay on property. The two Vienna hotels also had nice rooms but the kids loved the explorers pool. -
