The bumps are designed to allow emergency vehicles to travel at higher speeds. Fire Brigade and Ambulance service used to object to the old style sleeping Policemen.

It already is a nightmare. Sometimes the bus from Victoria to Trafalgar Square takes 15 minute others an hour. Trains Cancelled, delayed, or short (and therefore too full to get on) -

I disagree thank you e-dealer this is merely an extension of the idea of Neighbourhoods Watch. Anything that might help protect me and mine is very welcome.
