If something is hearsay it doesn't mean it is untrue THAT IS MY FLIPPING POINT! And because someone says something is hearsay the OP should not take offence . All the post means is that OP has not seen any evidence.
Thanks I think we are all agreed stupid to get upset at being told you are talking hearsay. But its not a disgrace just a failure to understand the meaning of one word.
Of course it is hearsay. Hearsay is information gathered by one person from another person concerning some event, condition, or thing of which the first person had no direct experience.
The Major problem with this top 20 statistic is its notified crime and insured crime. We have no idea from this statistic whether the 'high crime' areas have people who are more likely to be insured and more likely to notify.
But Hey Peckham Rye Ward - Also Se22 looks good! Sub Ward (E01004015) Your Ward: Peckham Rye Your Borough: Southwark Crime rate is Average Southwark homepage Peckham Rye Safer Neighbourhoods team Total notifiable offencesMonth Crimes Rate December 2012 9 5.99 November 2012 9 5.99
So we shouldn't worry because its a statistic? Well that's a relief! Are you 100% sure of that? But I dont quite see how the Daily Mail can dub SE22 as dangerous because we claim on insurance.
