Classes / groups for toddler + baby
pinkglitter replied to pinkglitter's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Thanks will try and check out tippee toes! We did Gymboree before but did find it quite expensive, and i'm not good at having to go to something every week - drop-in much more doable! -
ED lunch places for baby + toddler
pinkglitter replied to pinkglitter's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Thanks for the ideas. Yes newboots that's what I've been working on the last two weeks. Open to any words of wisdom you have. -
Hi - I'm having to rethink our daily routine so baby can nap, so going to attempt lunch out for next few days. Does anyone know where in ED: - has space in the baby change room for a double buggy (P&T) - serves toddler lunches (that I can feed my toddler who is allergic to dairy and egg - so jacket potatoes, pasta etc that's made on site for example, ideally not just pizza / fishfingers but accept i may have to put up with that for a bit!) - ideally is not massively noisy as need baby to sleep and need to attempt toddler quiet time with books straight after lunch - big enough for P&T at table Bread of Life would work but I can't really go there every day! Sorry bit of a specific request I know but I'm based in HH rather than ED so haven't been to lots of the cafes on LL etc, but need a walk before lunch to get baby to sleep so ED perfect! Thanks....

I have a 23 month old and a 4 month old. So far the baby's been tagging along to toddler classes but now that he's a bit more aware I'm feeling a bit guilty and wondered if there were any good things that would benefit them both? Rhymetime seems to work (apart from action songs like zoom zoom where they have to take turns!) - any others on Mon/Tues/Weds? Thanks!

Hi - can anyone recommend a CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) practitioner nearby? thanks (sorry if in wrong bit of EDF!)

Getting pregnant while breastfeeding?
pinkglitter replied to Iggy13's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Yep my daughter was 10 months when I became pregnant again; once we'd stopped night feeds my period came back once and then I became pregnant, was still doing 4 daytime feeds. A month or so in I decided to stop BF as I was finding it painful, slightly earlier than planned but never mind. So it can happen! Good luck x -

I'm hoping to do some slinging of baby and maclaren for toddler but given poss CS and nappage have also got a second hand P&T from the forum. (Stephanie's too young for a buggy board though) Also still have our M&P urbo pram so may use that & reins for Stephanie if she's walking more for V local trips! -
This might not pass the ugly test but we use vacuumable storage bags as they save tons of space x
