  1. If you do, tell her to text or PM me with a description of it, and then we can organise it being returned. Cheers Sean 07713918921
  2. I totally agree. I'm a dog owner but hate it when I come across dog poos regardless of where i am. I have left the house on the odd occasion having forgotten a bag, and been caught out by my dog, so I've used whatever I could find - a leaf, an old tissue, an old receipt, but I never just leave it there. Where there's a will, there's a way. Mind you, my dog is quite small, so that helps with poo size of course!
  3. Thanks convex, we are going to feedback to them directly, I just wanted to get a feel for how others have been treated and am genuinely pleased to hear you had a good experience as it hopefully means we were a one off. Thanks for sharing.
  4. Hi bels123, We did get it properly diagnosed eventually after being push from pillar to post, and had the op. Thanks so much for sharing. Much appreciated. Cheers Sean
  5. Hi there, I'm a new Dad and am posting to see if there is anyone else out there who's had a bad experience at this group? My wife had a terrible time recently, which has had huge knock on effects both with our new born and at home. So I'd really like to hear if you've had any issues and didn't get the care and support you needed at this place as we're going to be taking action and feel that our argument would be made stronger with more people behind us. I'm not on a witch hunt, I just want to make them aware of the issues that they can cause by not delivering the support that some mothers/families need. If you don't want to post publicly please PM us, or ask me for my wife's email but feel free to do what you want. P.s. This message is from me and my wife, her hands are just slightly fuller than mine right now!
  6. Hi there, My partner and I are thinking about adopting a dog from batteries dogs home. We went to see some today and found a beautiful staffie that we really liked, however, I'm still a bit nervous. I haven't grown up with dogs and am a little unsure around them. My partner is very happy around dogs and insists that I'll become more and more comfortable around them as times goes by. Are there any staffie owners (preferably women owners) out there who could outline the positives and negatives about owning such a breed? Thanks for your time, Emma
