Ok my last word as its all a bit pointless. Here's my research, Littlemisssmith 56 posts Mr&mrsc 1 post hellodulwich 10 posts busybee 31 posts bornagainselondoner 19 posts firzils 10 posts narinyeltab 1 post Some people use the east dulwich forum and never post on it. I belive its a testament to our service that 2 customers who clearly do not post on the forum regularly have gone to the effort to leave a post for us. By the way the last one lived in Chislehurst and found us through the forum via google, and having never used the forum before took it upon themselves to join and leave a post. We work very hard to maintain a high level of service, so please check the facts before starting this kind of thread. regards Richard

Hi, I've been weighing up whether to reply to your post or not. All reviews of RPS fireplaces on this forum are genuine. The question is how can I convince you of this, the answer is I can't. If I contact our past customers and ask them to reply (something I have no intetion of doing), you will only doubt the validity of their post anyway. All I can suggest to anyone who has any doubt about the reviews of RPS fireplaces is to research the forum members who have posted and obviously feel free to contact either myself or Paul with any questions you have.
