There will be a public meeting at the East Dulwich Community Centre on Darrell Road tonight at 6:30pm. Local Councillors have been invited along with the local MP. Representatives from both the union and Post Office will be attending. Please come along to show your support or air your views.

Received a letter from Kings today asking for donations for a new CT Scanner as seen on 24hrs in A&E and said they were writing as hubby had been a patient recently to Kings. Scope were in the area on Monday I think it was early evening. I just politely told them I don't like to give at the door to which he replied " I'm not collecting money" I though yeah but your collecting bank details to take all my money, what's the difference?? If I gave to everyone that came round i'd be skint and I bet I wouldn't get any charity.

This happened on Tuesday 19th on Henslowe Rd, saw a blonde girl in a mint green tracksuit age approx 17 eyeing up my front door as she walked past with a dark haired girl. It was bin day and they had just collected so I just happened to watch out the window to see if I got the right bin back with my house no. on cos you know how they can end up somewhere else. I thought at the time what's so interesting at my door??? So between say 12 and 2.30pm ish it must of gone. It wasn't particularly expensive but that's not the point it's just frustrating that we have to go back to the times of screwing everything to the floor. Did you see anyone of this description carrying a brown plastic (which looks like stone) round pot with a 3ft yellowy green fir tree in cos it's heavy, took me & hubby to lift it, or has your neighbour suddenly acquired one?? Please let me know as I would love to speak to them.
