I saw them as well ... didn't even get as far as looking for ID as their loud verbal appeals seemed to imply anyone who didn't give didn't care ... one would assume a genuine charity wouldn't be doing this.

Correct overall outcome ... but the grammar in the 'reasons for decision' section is atrocious. The patronising attitude towards local residents is even worse. However the 'cabinet member' responsible appears to sit for Peckham not ED - so I assume there's not much we can do about him.
