untilHi, we are called Testcard F and we are playing our first gig (for more than 30 years!) at the Amersham Arms in New Cross, which is just 3.5 Km from SE22. Only £8 for 5 bands in total. Our synthpop stuff is a bit like Depeche Mode crossed with Sparks with a dash of OMD. Tickets available here: https://www.theamershamarms.net/6th-february/tickets And here's our latest video shot in a house in ED. Do come down and say hello!

Just spotted this on Peckham Rye at 8pm today, Mon 9th. It was on the tarmac path that runs from the bottom of Barry Road to the cafe. It was standing next to the second lamppost on the left. It seemed completely unfazed by joggers passing just inches away. It was also spotted by someone else on the thread about the Grey Parrot

Hi pearl1. I just came to this page to report a bird I just spotted on Peckham Rye and it's the same one you saw. I saw it at 8pm today, Mon 9th. It was on the tarmac path that runs from the bottom of Barry Road to the cafe. It was standing next to the second lamppost on the left. It seemed completely unfazed by joggers passing just inches away.

I saw this feller this morning making his way up the path to platform 1 of East Dulwich station. About 2 inches long. Google tells me its a Sycamore moth caterpillar.

My favourite bit of the solidwoodkitchen website is down at the bottom of the home page, headlined "We can supply kitchens in the following areas..." Oh, and if you are reading this rendy01 - fuck off.

If you think you're running out of time to buy some chocolate decorations for the Xmas tree, don't worry; the Co-op on Lordship Lane has some for sale. FFS

I'm no expert, but I suspect the inspiration was The Linley Sisters by Thomas Gainsborough. I could be wrong. -

I hate antisocial behaviour as much as the next person. But I must say I'm impressed with slims' response. A bit defensive at first but willing to explain himself and slip in a little apology. Maybe slims and Jaws can exchange PMs and perhaps get together over a cup of tea. They could discuss how what seems like normal behaviour to one is extremely annoying to the other. And vice versa. Now if you'll excuse me I'll leave it there; I have to go and sort out the Middle East.
