Selling my Yamaha p-45 keyboard - barely used so it is in great condition. It is a lovely keyboard, great if you need something mobile or if you are just starting out and don’t want to invest in a normal piano or need to store it away after use. It has 88 full sized weighted keys and a number of sound options (you can also use headphones so it’s gentle on the neighbours). You will need to buy a stand (these are not expensive on Amazon) or place it on a table (I did). Comes with a plug-in sustain pedal from stagg. New without the pedal these cost £255 (sale) -£289. I’m asking for £100. My Favourite Nursery (MFN) on Upland road is fantastic - they are so kind and good wit the kids - especially building really good social skills. They have a lot of very long standing staff which is always a good sign and helpful for little people who tend to benefit from stability. The SENCO is also great there for any kids who might need a different approach to make sure they are included and supported.

Another recommendation for Arla and his team. Came round the same day to sort out two toilet issues. Arla?s customer service on the phone was excellent- talking through issues ahead of the visit then dan completed the works the very same day. Talked me through everything and felt like I was in good hands. Price was reasonable - really good company to use.

We are just round the corner from frien and have also had parcels not turn up (no card left), and no post in last few days which is unusual. Maybe connected with closure of silvester street?
