  2. People are Strange-The Doors
  3. That'll learn me...I ploughed through the first 9 episodes of season 5 on a streaming site only to get to the last episode which is unwatchable! Serves me right I suppose...but for the love of God...I'm stuck.
  4. Blinking-eck! Thats 9 goals in a week for Bent and another impressive pre-season win for Spurs. After the horror of last seasons opening few months dare I posit the suggestion that we might well be on the verge of...nah, I've learnt my lesson.
  5. It did seem to hark back to the good old practice of rounding up the village idiot pending the appearance of an actual real suspect. It all seems a bit shoddy and undercooked to me.
  6. Mmm, the barmaid in the Bishop who looks a little like Sophie Ellis Bextor...always a sight for sore eyes.
  7. ...yes, yes but have they sorted out the beer?
  8. During the Hot Summer months(I know, I used the plural of month in relation to our Summer...whodathoughtit?)I've switched from my customary Guinness to a variety of quality ciders which have been lovely. Just in case you were wondering...
  9. Does anyone know of a foolproof playstation emulator I can download, the ones I've looked at so far have been hard work to download and install requiring several different download sources. Also, and this may well have been covered at length already...is GTA4 simply too dark in places to see what the hell your doing, or is it just me?
  10. There should be a televised 'Bland-Off' between White Stuff and Gap. They're both like textile versions of James Blunt. You comfy in there Jon? ;-)
  11. Steve Martins four letter tirade at a startled car rental clerk in Planes, Trains and Automobiles.
  12. MY flatmate did mention that whoever runs/owns the place lacks any form of courtesy(although he expressed it in rather more colourful terms).
  13. For pure poetic use of swearing in all its wonderful hues you have to check out deadwood swearing and larry Davids cursing masterclassprofanities opera...should brighten your day. I'm such a luddite I dont actually know how to give you the direct link, go the extra yard and enter 'deadwood swearing' and "profanities opera" into the you tube search engine and your reward shall be a rich one. Oh, and maybe someone could let me know how to add a link...its getting embaressing now.
  14. Definitely count me in Malcom, we can split petrol etc. I'm quite excited about this...
  15. Sounds like a plan, i've been looking for somewhere offroad to go. I'm not the fittest but am getting fitter so you might have to take it easy for a while. So, whats the idea???
  16. Mmmm, interesting...you have as usual careered completely away from the original question into the grass verge of the abstract, but then thats what makes the ED Forum the Thoughtvomithole that it is. Chin-chin!
  17. Ferrentfarcacious.
  18. ...and I thought this was actually an index of forums! Pah.
  19. Are we alone in the forum universe? I have envious friends who wish to partake in the Forum thing but cant find one near them. They're all south london types, Brockley, Clapham, London Bridge etc. Anyone know of forums for these areas...we cant keep all the goodness to ourselves!
  20. Apart from The Inoffensively bland White Stuff, there really is nothing at all geared towards men in the area. WHYISTHIS?
  21. I've just discovered www.sidereel.com where I'm streaming series 5, great picture...and its free. I'm penniless at the moment so please dont get all moralising on my ass. Only just found out that this is the last season as well....enjoy it while you can.
  22. I lived there for about 3 months and had no problems, its a clean and tidy estate...and your right the views are great, right up to and way beyond Wembley.
  23. What no knives???...how old fashioned...and refreshing.
  24. I've noticed myself having to do a half arsed limbo on more than one occasion on my daily flounce down to Lordship Lane from Forest Hill Road and given my girth this isnt as effortless as it once was. I think we should tar and feather these selfish hobbledyhoys sooner rather than later...no second chances.;-)
  25. ...erm, drink 40 pints of Hofmeister?
