  2. Thanks for that link - just what needed this sunny afternoon - to listen to a bit of Mr. Brown and reminisce.

    Ask Admin

Hi admin, Can you please let me know whether people are allowed to sell and give away animals on this forum? I wondered if the new government guidelines about buying from pet shops and unlicensed pet breeders will affect buying and selling them on edf? Many thanks, Jackie
  6. BME people may also have been born and lived all their lives in Dulwich too. Not that this has anything to do with the original post.
  7. It isn't just Snarl though - as stated in other posts above. There was a documentary about the case on tv - maybe watch it as it might clear up some misconceptions.
  8. I have a Figaro but it's too rusty to be used as a wedding car! Look up the Figaro owner's club and see if they can put you in touch with someone local. Meanwhile I'll see if I can find you one.
  9. Could you post this in the lost section as well please?

Please go to one of the rescues - Battersea, Celia Hammond, Cats Protection. Don't think people are allowed to sell animals on here.
  11. Have you contacted local vets? Celia Hammond, Snarl, Pets Lost online? Might be a good idea - I know my local vet in Sydenham has a poster up for a lost black and white cat.
  12. I'd be very interested in a shop selling goods like this. There used to be several years ago.
  13. I've started taking my small fabric scraps ( I do alterations) to a charity shop for them to sell as rag. I expect they'd take any clean textiles to sell in this way.
  14. Often real fur is cheaper than fake. I wish there were more people like the op around who take the time to find out what they're buying and who have a conscience.
  15. Pets at home are open on sundays. They might be able to help.
  16. Bonfires are no more disgusting than barbeques that people light as soon as the weather allows.
  17. Charity shops will take sheets and duvet covers in good condition and animal shelters will take them and blankets. I found it difficult to get rid of spare duvets but was told local churches would take them. Freecycle is another great option.
  18. Maybe a little less local but there's one at All In One at the back of Forest Hill Station every Wednesday at 8pm.
  19. We went to Weatherspoons in Forest Hill last Christmas and I was pleasantly surprised. There was a good choice for both meat-eaters and veggies. The only downside was that there was too much food - huge portions- so a lot was wasted.
  20. Have pm'd you again
  21. I have pm'd you.
  22. Thanks so much for the info.
  23. Celia Hammond in Lewisham Way are always grateful for any help if you like cats.
