Does anyone know how much it might cost to get someone to move my things from a flat in Dulwich to one in Balham? I am planning on packing everything!

Hi I'm going to be moving from the flat I rent in April and was wondering if it is worth getting someone in to move me or not. I was also wondering roughly how much it might cost. I'm on the the third floor, no lift but only about thirty steps. Going to another flat in Balham on second floor again about thirty steps. Anyone recommend a cheap but good solution please? Thanks
