Thanks Monniemae - understand there are entrance exams at some schools plus crazy catchment areas. I wasn't sure whether attending the pre-school helped gain a place, assuming exams are passed etc) Hi alaska721 - we're considering both options. Really interested to hear others' experiences. hello...starting to think about pre-schools for our 2 year old daughter. I believe there are feeder schools for some of the local schools but would love to hear peoples' experiences (good and bad). After missing out on the nursery lottery (people applying for places pre-birth!!, what....) I hope you can help :-) Happy to receive PMs to avoid naming or shaming anyone. Thanks for any help!!
