I have driven at 8am a couple of weeks and it take sbout 1.5 hours. You need to take some of the back streets as it gets really congested when you hit chelsea. Good luck. -

hi,I saw them too, absolutely disgusting with little ones running around. there were several playing in the water and a couple playing chase running across the boardwalk!
