I know it's not what you asked for but I recently complained on their website as I was sent a medication review request with no link to set up the appointment. I complained on their 'review' section and received a phone call within hours. Not ideal, but an option...? Incredibly frustrating though.

Albrighton Community Fridge just up the hill past Sainsburys is a great place to take donations. They have regular sessions to give food to those in need. They have also recently launched a project to rehome unwanted electricals. https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org/

Which is usually packed, rammed, parcels crammed and piled everywhere, and long, long queues. BEFORE the closures.

Just received a 2nd incorrect PCN from this car park behind Morrisons in Camberwell. It seems the cameras are set to charging if you overstay an hour when the payment is for 1.5 hrs. I went to the trouble of sending them a photo of the ticket machine as proof last August...they cancelled that ticket but now I have received another one for last week. I wonder how many motorists they have charged since I pointed out their error 9 months ago? I have submitted a formal complaint to the British Parking Association.

A lot of people who use food banks and other such facilities often don't have appropriate storage facilities such as freezers, kitchens, etc.

Good! It must be miserable to try to manage on 2 day old donated bread!

Albrighton do have freezers and give out frozen food. Definitely worth a try.

Niko deserves every good review because he is the best plumber I have ever come across! He is the friendliest, most accessible person who responds quickly and his charges are very decent. Most importantly, he has always tries to find a way to manage the situation without resorting to expensive fixes...if he can help you out he will. He came round yesterday and sorted a quick repair on my shower after I expected to replace the whole thing! As others have said, he also gives extra advice on looking after other aspects of your plumbing to avoid unnecessary problems. Very reassuring man!

I've tolerated a lot of late post in ED but a recent MRI scan appt 6 days too late and having to pay a PCN at double the rate because I didn't receive the first letter is just too much. I will complain via the Royal Mail website but is there a more effective way to address this that ED people know about? I know we were affected by the Sorting Office closing down but this has gone on FAR too long. Thanks.

I did look at Zipcar as an alternative for my occasional use needs in ED and a few trips to the Yorkshire Dales to see close family. Unfortunately, the most basic Zipcar for a 5 day trip, with no certainty that you can stay on an extra night which I often do [an extra £85], the price comes in at £483. Completely prohibitive for me.
