Hi, my husband was mugged on the corner of Friern Rd and Lordship Lane last night around 21.30. The mugger punched him first and then demanded his phone. He managed to fight him off. The police came quickly but he had gone. The description given above is the same as this mugger. This guy was violent.

Hi James I was listening to the radio and heard that in future if you want to get your windows replaced or fit a new boiler you will need council permission. They will then send someone around to do a "green" assessment of the house and you will have to do what ever work they recommend. Is this true?

there was a woman stabbed on the lordship lane end of overhill road yesterday. It was in the evening. I have heard she is home now recovering. Is there an increase in stabbings in our area now or our we just more aware?

It was an accident. Someone was knocked down crossing the road, a hit and run. Don't know how badly they were hurt
