It has a small amount of alcohol due to the natural fermentation, but kombucha is a great drink. It is definitely not *chuggable* so its a great drink that can last a long time when with slushy friends. I got my BA at U of Iowa, (just named by Time as the top party school in the US *sigh*), but never went to a football game, nor tailgated, so hopefully I'm redeemed. But IC is wonderful.
I used Rosetta Stone to learn French and managed to pass 3rd year university level on the strength of that alone. Its a little pricier than other methods I suppose, but it does work. I even started dreaming in French after I had used it awhile.!
