  1. Hello all, My name is zeenat shah I am 18 years old and will be skydiving for the RAF Association if I can raise enough money, oh and i am absolutely terrified of heights. I have done things in the past like climb scafell pike and walk the 100 mile nijmegan march so I am very determined-but the highest I ever jumped was from a small cliff and it took me 10 minutes to jump-so for me this will be a great challenge. Please visit my justgiving page: www.justgiving.co.uk/zeenatshah and donate. They are a fantastic charity and are not only involved with veterans and what you would typically think, last year they sponsored my charity expedition with the lotus flower trust to help renovate a school in the Thar desert, India-it was a life experience and I feel like I should give something back. Any donations would be great and much appreciated thankyou-I am planning to jump in the summer holidays and my target total to raise is ?750. Thankyou for taking your time to read this. Peace and progress Zeenat

  3. I've taken early flights before and usually bus in the morning is actually very quick because roads are normally pretty empty- 436 goes straight there doesnt it from camberwell. shouldnt take more than half and hour from there I would think, but it depends where your travelling from and if you don't mind takng public transport.
  4. i used to go to woodcraft folk when i was young it used to be in dulwich hamlet junior school but I think it then moved to the church on red post hill, the lady who ran it was called linda and she lives on court lane can't remember which number but she has the woodcraft folk emblem on her from=nt door. Also there is a group in east dulwich community centre i think.
  5. you can get calcium tablets that dissolve so you can put them into juice etc.
  6. The arches leisure centre in greenwich is amazing has two slides one in the shallow end and one in the deep end, the shallow end starts off very shallow great for toddlers, they have spray, bubble and wave machines, lots of floats and a jacuzzi in the pool! prices are not expensive, the pool is part of GLL. Bromley is also good but I have always prefferred greenwich as there is much more to do and more younger kids as appose to teenagers.
