  6. Dear Friends, We are delighted to announce that our World Cup Song, 'There May Be Glory', has been mastered. We've given away a tonne of cds so far and people love it! But... No chart-topping World Cup single would be complete without a video and that's where you come in. This Sunday May 16th at 4pm, we are shooting the video at Athenlay's Club football ground on Homestall Road. We're spending all of our money on beer and soft drinks for you and all your friends. We would love it if you could come and be a part of what will be a great experience and a great day out. We'll be giving away free copies of our single to everyone who comes! Please, please email us back at [email protected] if you can come so we can get in enough booze. Feel free to bring all your friends and family too to make this into a massive sing-a-long World Cup frenzy! Don't worry about England shirts and scarves unless you want to, just dress colourfully - fancy dress also welcome! Details: Sunday May 16th 4pm onwards Athenlay FC Homestall Road London SE22 0RS We are also playing the Nunhead Cemetery Open Day on Saturday 15th at 3pm. It's acoustic, it's free and a great day out for all the family. We'll be playing our World Cup song too! Listen to the song at the links below Dulwich Ukulele Club Facebook Dulwich Ukulele Club Myspace Looking forward to seeing you, The Dulwich Ukulele Club
  7. Thanks to Snowflake and The East Dulwich Forum for the happy return of Minty! I'll get her chipped and stop her following my kids to Piermont Green!
  8. Our very friendly tabby cat Minty has wondered off again. We had friends feeding her on 28th-29th Dec, and she hasn't been seen since. A picture of her is attached. Any new will be gratefully received. We miss her!
  9. It is the legendary John Barnes - but this one is the 84 year old Oops Mrs! Music Hall maestro. Don't know what his keepieuppies are like!
  10. Date is Saturday 20th Dec 7-12pm with Widesreen, Masters of the Kazooniverse, The Moon Machine Orchestra, John Barnes, Stanton Delaplane, Charlie's Mad Marionettes and the Big Band Bonanza
  11. Yes, Rob has agreed to do his thang at the Dulwich Constitutional Club, cause he's an extremely nice chap, I have attached a flyer for the event, the tickets are selling pretty well and there aren't many of them, so go grab one from Mrs Crow at The Market while stocks last. The other acts are blinding too, by the way!
