Three kids - car seat conundrum! Advice/suggestions please

We also manage it by having one in the front and two in the back as we can?t get 3 car seats in the back. The in car safety centre recommended the Britax adventure to me as the narrowest high backed booster that they recommend (from 15kg approx 3.5 yrs). I put my middle child in the front and my youngest and oldest on the two outer seats. -

Using a buggy board with the mountain buggy duet?
rachel4 replied to omagem's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Hi. Yes I used the Lascal Maxi with my duet. Works well and is still easy to push it doesn't get in the way at all when down and I'm quite tall. I used it for my 3 year old in combination with them scooting or walking then my newborn and one year old in the buggy. I then switched to a Phil & Ted's once my oldest didn't need the buggy board anymore and my middle one started walking/scooting. -
These two documents give the published distances for 2014 entry (2015 not published yet).Remember it's measured 'as the crow flies'. http://www.southwark.gov.uk/download/downloads/id/6403/starting_primary_school_in_southwark_201516 (page 18) http://www.lewisham.gov.uk/myservices/education/schools/school-admission/applying-to-start-primary-school/Documents/Starting_school_in_Lewisham_2015.pdf (page 12)

3 car seats in the back of a car ...
rachel4 replied to rachel4's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Hi there Thanks for the responses. I'm resurrecting this thread as not yet changed our car despite spending hours on line researching and visiting Cargiant twice. I'm resigned to the fact we need to buy a new car but which one is the question. Currently need a Stage 0+, a Stage 1 and a Stage 2 car seat (and soon to be two Stage 1 and a Stage 2). The Citroen C4 Picasso despite having 2 Isofix seats across the 2nd row will not fit 3 car seats in this combination, we tried at Cargiant tonight. It also didn't look like an S-Max would either ... Would be very interested to know what cars those of you who have three children under 4 have please? Many thanks Rachel -

They are not in the Starting Schools brochure, but does anyone know the official furthest place offered distances for DVI, Goose Green, Harris ED and St John's please? Thank you. Rachel -
Hi Long shot I know but I lost my iPhone this morning somewhere along Underhill Rd, Crystal Palace Rd, Goose Green church, Goose Green playground or Aneto's cafe. thanks

Hi is this group still meeting up? I had a baby boy in April and already have an 18 month old boy and a 3.8 year old girl. I'd love to meet other mums in a similar situation! Rachel

I really love the look of the bugaboo bee+, does anyone rate it and will it still be big enough for a 2 year old?

Hi I have an ergo that I used from 6 months with my second child, I used a moby wrap until then. I now have a 10 week old who hates the moby and is too long for the ergo newborn insert. The ergo says it shouldn't be used without the insert till 6 months ... has anyone used it without the insert sooner?

thank you. I do like the look of a mountain buggy duet. And what do you recommend as a single buggy for when just out with one child? (6 months + fine) and a tiny fold up recommendation?

I don't want to highjack this thread but didn't want to start one very similar either! I've just had baby number 3 and my other two are 3 1/2 and 17 months. I too used a Phil & Ted's with baby number 2's arrival but past 6 months reverted back to my single Micralite. Now number 3 is here I don't know what to do buggy wise. I need a sturdy single that doesn't tip up and I think a side by side double. I need good storage and option to put a buggyboard on. What have others found best? thanks
