...do you mean the money-saving expert website? I found it quite helpful when looking around for a new mobile contract - you can sign up for a service called Billmonitor and it will email you the best contract for you based on your usage on a monthly basis (until you tell it to stop). oh and it also had a useful section on savings which explained why the return on premium bonds wasn't, in fact, any good.
