There is a mast down in the area (02 I believe but think that a lot of companies piggyback off others?, which isn't due to be fixed until October 3rd!

It's the owners I see walking their dogs, on their phones or too far ahead and not concentrating on what their dogs are doing that's the problem! I agree that there are some dog walkers in question that don't give a good name for other dog walkers, but punishing them all seems a bit extreme, especially when they are actually great at what they do!
