  1. Three entrances to Charter ND shown on the illustration of the school as a finished project. Or maybe it is girls, boys and teachers so they'll be spread out. That reminds me, where do the teachers park?
  2. I'm calculating if the turnout for this stupid Festival, continues apace, it will be costing us tax payers approximately ?25 a "ticket" for a vanity project started by two people who took a profit and moved to Sussex as soon as their house value went up. You can't help but laugh, it is totally ridiculous.

In all the posts by this person, clues emerge because of the vocabulary chosen. It is a bit of a giveaway. I'm looking forward to either new council candidates for all parties, or the incumbents at least being defeated in Village Ward. Then the honesty and integrity of pro posts on here and elsewhere may be a bit fresher and factual than just accusing anti people of insults and abuse. If a few pro people read some of the utter nastiness on Twitter for example, by recognisable locals (no matter how often they close an account or take a break before re-emerging) there may be a sense of shame too.

On twitter there is a flyer for the first 'concert' with Margy Newens saying she can't wait to see them - Mozaika. The quote about their performance is from Edinburgh Festival 2004!

  7. The way the place has been left is absolutely appalling.

  10. From legalalien: I actually think TfL have come across quite well in the various email exchanges that have been released and their FoI system seems to work well. I was amused to see that Southwark Councillors have requested that TfL copy Southwark in on any FoI responses involving the Dulwich scheme. I understand that, unlike the secretive Southwark FOis, which are seen if applicants publish them but otherwise go in the bottom drawer of Southwark's rubbish department office, TfL actually publish their FOIs.
  11. I suspect the number crunchers re at this very moment doing data entry and finding out to their horror that the majority want a different outcome to the one in existence. I live in East Dulwich so I have a right to be on here, but if this was me talking about a system a mile from my home I would feel I could have an opinion but not a right.

  14. With the number of objections being so high, Cllr McCash and his colleagues should ensure this is called in.
  15. We had one at the weekend working its way along back gardens then seemingly crossing the road for a look over there. Bit worried about it to be honest. Could be a burglar.A couple of years ago I met a bloke in the park who had the control in his hand. We were by the cricket nets. He said I could look at his screen - he was watching four people playing golf up at Dulwich Golf club. He said he wouldn't get caught because of the distance it could fly.
  16. northernmonkey. Please tell us the road you live on, and whether you have one or more cars?

I know at least one house at the lower end by RPH that has only one car, and some houses that do not have drives either so you can't possibly know, however you are impossibly nosy.

I don't think I have read that since the Council offered permits under the OHS original plans. All people want now is a permit system for EVERY blue badge holder. I have been reading this on twitter and in fact my friend down the road, who is eligible for a full exemption through the cameras, was never told by Southwark council people, I read it on twitter, told them, and they applied for it and of course received it.
  21. I don't believe a word that is spun from the mouths of Cllr Rose and Cllr Simmons. Or Helen Hayes. Spinning is actually not being truthful. It will come out eventually and although this may be too late for the next elections - bar one of the Ward councillors (!) it will flash back to burn the fingers of @SouthwarkLabour.

Yes. Anyone who lives in a permanent LTN to give up their car. How d'ya like them apples?
  23. A green bus on circuit would make a difference. And so would opening up those roads in ED apart from Tintagel, those roads were inexplicably closed at the request of a few residents, could we see the emails, Minutes and discussion attendees please? Oh no, we can't because the activists have the councillors in their pockets and managed to wrap it up before anyone knew what was happening. Now that the residents have had a year to judge the experience, can we hear from them? I live in Area B it is driving me mad, doing long detours and adding to the traffic problem. And yes I have to use my car for some journeys and if I can use PT I do, but I am at risk now of Delta variant and cannot risk my health.

"It" is because I have no idea whether you are male, female, or indeed a monkey from the north.
