I always use 2 large crates as well as my blue bin (after squidging it down to ensure max usage) for our recycling before the 2 week collection. Could do with 2 blue bins really... I would love love love to have food waste bags with handles so I can fill the bags right up and then still be able to tie them up without spilling "food stuff"!

Dear Renata Many thanks for this informative reply. I think we on this thread are now better informed than many of the early year providers who will be directly affected by this building work and change in the running of the centre. I hope Ivydale CC will be able to be part of the service provision as it will ensure the new building is used by the community and with good management. Kind regards Emma

Fairlawn is a fabulous school. The Head has his reasons for his belief in no uniform is a great policy. You say the children are happy in the playground....think about it. Maybe the school and the children concentrate on other issues, eg education, secure and confident individuals, good social skills, team-work, great environment....if it's not broken, why fix it?????????? In other words, why make a judgement about something so irrelevant?

Hiya Peckham Rose I met you at the PR (Belated) Summer Fair. You kindly (asked &) took a pic of our dog, the white labradoodle. He's had his hair cut since then and we hardly recognise him in the pic...it's my husband's man bag in the corner of the picture that ensures us it is our dog! Only on the forum to find out any details about the shooting at the cemetery this afternoon. Police with sniffer dogs were at the Cemetery on Brenchley Gardens this am and then police cars storming past me on Brenchley Gardens at 3.15 today as I drove to Harris Boys to get my son. More and more emergency vehicles arrived over the next 50 mins at least and the air ambulance had been too. Haven't found anything helpful on the BBC news as Greece and France announcing Greece's financial affairs.
