Thank you Mockney This forum is a fun and informative place and we want to keep it this way. If you have an issue, deal with it on the forum or come to me directly if you're not sure or uncertain. Please don't threaten this site with legal action just because you don't like a posting because it's irratating and we're not lawyers and it confuses us. I am actually rather approachable and understanding so please do tell me you problems and if I can help I'll deal with them. Just don't play the libel card because you don't like the cut of someone's jib. Anyway, been quite quiet on the shooting front lately hasn't it...

crazynurse, Without prejudice (I'm not sure if it useable in a non-confidential way but as you've used it so shall I) You implied that previous posts were libellous and as you have implied in the public domain and not in private I shall reply in public. May I point out that you have chosen of your own free will a username that contains the word crazy -" crazynurse", therefore implying that you may indeed be a crazy nurse. Whether you chose it in jest or seriousness I do not know and as The Administrator it is not for me to decide and quite frankly I do not care. You are more than welcome to post your comments and views on this site, as are others but we take it very seriously when people start mentioning libel. I recommend that you email me directly to explain what exactly you think is libellous and I shall take it to our legal advisors for consideration. I must point out that there maybe charges involved if your allegations are incorrect. I you wish to retract you allegation please feel free to do so. Ok, here's visitor stats in pictures since 18th September 2006 Daily Visits http://eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/images/visits1.jpg Daily Page Views http://eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/images/page_views.jpg We do not keep a tally of how many messages are posted a day but there are about 400+ registered users. As the site's grown so has the space that it uses up on the server, the time involved in maintaining it and therefore the cost; now's the time to get some money in to pay those costs. As you may have seen we are implementing some subtle advertising on the site so if anyone is interested in using the forum as a way of reaching East Dulwich residents please contact [email protected].

(This message will no longer be an announcement i.e. at the top of the listings, after lunchtime today (Monday)) I'm happy to announce a new area of the forum called The Lounge. After listening to what people have to say there's obviously a need for an area where people who use this forum can talk about things that aren't related to East Dulwich. A place to talk about music, meeting up, flirting, the benefits of Omega 3, the situation in Iran etc etc You may hear me say every now and then "Take it to The Lounge" which is the polite way for me to say you're going off topic please go and take this elsewhere. I may also move or split some threads over to the Lounge as they will be more comfortable there. I hope it works and thank you for using the Forum

I've changed the topic title from 'YET MORE GUN CRIME' to 'Yet more gun crime' as it's shouting (and was bugging me).

And now something else. When you send a Private Message the message is now automatically saved in the sent items folder, annoyingly it didn't save them before but now it does.

Indeed, it is I, the Administrator who can set this up, however creating a section for naming and shaming people without evidence isn't something we like the idea of. You can do so on your own thread but please have evidence to back up your statement as we would rather not get involved in legal issues if we can help it.
