Can no longer justify the rent I'm required to pay for a one bedroom flat here in beautiful dulwich, so am hitting the road. where is nicer(greener, community feel, nice shops): Catford: forest hill: sydenham: crystal palace? Where is cheaper (rent-wise)? Plus any suggestions you may have of areas. want to stay using the oyster(bus/tube), so not trains. cheers mmmmm

Hello, does anyone rent a one bedroom flat in The Gardens by any chance? We have been for three years and they have just threatened to hoik our rent up by quite an amount. I would appreciate it if you could PM me and let me know what you pay/ if they have done the same for you? Our flat hasn't been refurbished for at least 5 years so Im not sure it's worth what they asking for. Just trying to get an idea of the rental market at the mo. Cheers M

If you don't like the service then don't pay for it. Maybe if loads of people complained and stopped paying the overpriced memberships the leisure centre might sort themselves out. Maybe.

Hiya, I have known a few un-neutered cats who have been lovely cuddly perfect gents- he just sounds like a nightmare!! Would probably still be a nightmare if he was neutered by the sound of it. Some cats, just like some people, are just wa***rs! Try and track down his owners and have a word. Get a spray bottle/ water pistol and fill it with water to spray at it, they hate the sound of the spray and the water. Squeeze a bit of orange/lemon juice in it if you really want to piss the cat off, they generally HATE citrus. Keep chasing it away, maybe eventually it will get the hint. Maybe board up your cat flap for a while and just let your pets in and out the door yourself, then the evil cat may give up trying. I wouldn't suggest anyone taking it upon themselves to neuter someone else's pet, apart from it being very presumptuous, you could be asking for a lawsuit!
