They are even wasting their time sometimes >:D< In some cases Foxtons have been so stupid to actually not sign the documents they are supposed to. Like a Tenancy Agreement. And some poor soul who put his trust in them as a landlord (let's call him Sam here) is wasting his time and money trying to enforce this with his attorney whom they have not provided anything signed by himself either. I don't know, but somehow this person is either really poor and stupid, or he is a "Straw Puppet" for Foxtons or maybe does not even exist???
