    Hi James Do you know what if anything is happening in respect of North Cross Road market - there are some 'Cars prohibited' signs up, but I thought the plan was to block the road off properly on a Saturday similar to the Christmas market. Thank you.

    We're lacking in ideas for our summer holidays - any suggestions, we want: - somewhere warm in spain / italy - good for toddlers, swimming pool, places to play - where we could cycle / walk into an interesting village / town to eat / walk about - either hotel, apartment or camping. Any ideas?

    Southwark population is forecast to grow by another 10% over the next five years, many of whom will be housed in small flats without gardens etc; we'll need more ever more community facilities as a result.

    Hello James There are a number of shops either boarded up or with repossession notices posted, could Southwark be asked to intervene to encourage new life well before we reach a tipping point. Some have been derelict for at least 5 years (e.g. Threshers). On a similar note, is there scope to do more at the North Cross Road Market? I heard rumours of picnic / trestle tables with more road closures to encourage more food traders. Thank you.
