Swimming pools - always booked up.
glenfruin replied to cantthinkofaname's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Everyone Active membership currently is a joke.It is virtually impossible to get onto a class at Peckham Pulse. The system can not cope with huge waiting lists for each class I think easier to get a swim though. People who are in running it day to day and front of house couldn?t care less. I recently asked for a name of whom I could complain to and wasn?t given one just fobbed off and given a general email. Some memberships pay an extra amount per month to get an extra weeks advantage of booking so instead of one week in advance they get two! Very sneaky! And obviously a blatant way to raise funds on top of current membership costs. -

I spoke to an old age pensioner this morning in Sainsbury?s and she said the queue for people not in this category was huge by 7am. I was there just after 8:30 and it was the worst yet..no trolleys or baskets available, so many people queueing, most shelves empty nothing in the freezer section apart from ice cream..the situation is getting more out of hand. Upside the local shop is better stocked.

Hope this is the right section for this.. Has anyone got any recommendations for 6th form colleges in SE London? I know it can depend on A level choices but I would love any fed back or experiences as we are now looking for 2018 entrance. Thanks in advance!

All charity shops have a rag merchant which they sell their rag bags to. In SE London it is Chris Carey's recycling that collects them.

Cyclists BEWARE - Sainsbury's Dulwich
glenfruin replied to AndrewFFF's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Hi, I was just in walking into Sainsbury's this evening and at the same time a poor guy holding his cut heavy duty bike chain on his way in to report his missing bike. He seemed unaware that this was currently a problem and said he had only been 5 minutes in the store. Clearly this is an on going problem.
