I was chatting to a local resident the other day,and he told me that ken livingston wants to class East Dulwich an urban area.Now i know some differences between suburban and urban.However i also know that being classed an urban area is not a good thing because it means East Dulwich can be developed over and over again,well thats what i have been told.Can anyone clear this up for me.And do we want this for East Dulwich.Whats your opinion EDF.

Karter another thing too look out for are the mothers on ll who use their buggys to hold their wallets and other valubles.Time and time again i see the mothers looking for their wallet in the buggy hood.Please lovely mothers of east dulwich dont put your wallets in the buggys.I spoke to a trader and he caught someone in his shop redhanded trying to take a wallet from someones buggy.

Lavender can be grown in pots,but its much better when in its original long stemmed base.Lavender great for the body and soul.Whats a cyber post?Forgive me im a newbie to all this techno stuff

Dear Shambles A friend of mine was in HSBC this morning complaining about his card being used in eygpt when he was here,but hes english,but there has been a lot of people going into hsbc complaining about this. I am slightly surprised that no body has reported it to the police yet.How much evidence do they need

Hy there This has happened to four of my collegues in the last 3 days and there is one common link.After they used their card in a certain place money was withdrawn in eygpt,all but 1 collegue have had their money refunded.After chatting to my collegues it transpired they all used a place where they sell petrol.Hsbc bank have asked all my collegues if they have used a petrol station in ED.

South east green week will be held between the 4-18th of june in conjunction with love london.The week is all about green issues and how to encourage recycling in South East London. East Dulwich residents and shops are already recycling where possible,with southwark council distributing Reusable bags and boxes for paper and cans. Many of the shops do not encourage giving out plastic bags,and the cardboard boxes they give to southwark council are recycled.Many residents in East Dulwich take their own bags when they are shopping and hopefully more people will follow this example. I know people are continuosly going on about recycling and how we need to do our bit,but if all of us did one thing to save the planet then it will help. There is a sustainable Education project in East Dulwich which is organised by Marilyn Donahue-Schiller.If you would like more info on SE green week her email is [email protected].

Hi all Just to add on to my initial posting,the meeting regarding the controlled parking zone in East Dulwich is the 14th of march not february.I do apologise about the wrong date.

lol bob i honestly truthfully did not get a ticket i swear on my aunt bessies teapot.Simon i agree with you,however it would be nice if the dropped kerb had a sign or something for the motorist,with not a lot of common sense.And you must remember that the fines on the dropped kerb started a few weeks ago,and they have been there for a while.

Hy bob i actually havent but friends have.Up until 3 weeks ago they were not fining anyone parked there,its only now they have decided to do it. I know people should not park there but please, fair warning thats all we want really.There are double yellow lines that go round the corner stop then no lines,but then you have the slope.so most people would assume its ok to park there.I personally think this is how southwark are increasing their parking revenue.But please dont attack me for saying that its my own personal opinion
