  1. But what happens when you build it and they don’t come?
  2. Big thanks to everybody who helped the problem is now solved
  3. Yes thanks that's exactly the choices I get. I will block and if somehow they find a way back I'll report.
  4. thanks but I don't know how to do that. it does give me 2 options report or block - which would be best?
  5. Thanks for the ideas threatguardpro.com comes up if I hover over the unsubscribe thing. ultranetshield.com It looks like they are just companies selling an anti virus product - but how can I stop them?
  6. In the last few days, I’m getting 10 plus emails a day saying I need to do something urgent to my phone. I’m just deleting hesitant to unsubscribe because that might take me into a virus. but what can I do and is there a safe way of finding if it’s actually genuine?
  7. Unless it’s a legal requirement, I cannot see how one complainant could’ve changed the policy people complain about things all the time.
  8. My two lovely clumps of frogspawn have disappeared overnight. Is there anyone local who has some to spare?
  9. There’s another one in Brixton open 24 seven I don’t think the insurance thing can be a problem
  10. As Peckham Rye Park has a well used skate park, there’s a precedent for one to be considered for Dulwich Park.
  11. I think a large supermarket would be brilliant there Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury’s - topped of course by social housing. Skate park is a great temporary use for this derelict site. But I expect things will change when the lease runs out.
  12. this is jokes - I walked through Dulwich park and there were loads of people there and actually the skate park is reasonably illuminated by the street lights. I was stating a tiny fact about a sliver of time not making a statement on the 'youth of today'
  13. Sorry, should’ve said it was about 5:30 pm.
  14. No, of course not, but the film is an over romanticised version of the skate park.
  15. Went past yesterday there was one man skating. It was a good use of a derelict site, but hopefully it won’t be if Southwark Council and Dulwich estates sort it out. Compulsory purchase anyone?
  16. The skate park organically grew out of the situation to make it permanent defeats the purpose and the philosophy of such places
  17. Depends how you define locally. Some of us have increased traffic because of dulwich village road blocks.
  18. Many high streets have been taken over by charity shops. I can’t believe they’re paying full rent. I think landlords accept a low rent from a charity for a short term. Hopefully someone who actually knows will set me clear.
  19. Southwark is closing youth centres day centres they’re not going to spend millions on opening a new community space. What that area needs is a good supermarket. The nearest one is Sainsbury’s in Forest Hill. someone else may well know of the mechanism where a council can make a compulsory purchase. So the supermarket underneath with three or four stories of social housing long top built in the same style as the Dulwich estate.Next door.
  20. Any stats on its actual usage?
  21. My subtle call to open the village to through traffic has gone unnoticed. I think that’s the only solution to avoid three months of absolute pollution and avoidable interruption to normal lives.
  22. What size is that length and width, please and height? Thanks
  23. A threat only becomes a crime if the receiver of that threat honestly believes that threat is going to take place in your case it does not seem so.
  24. It does seem an excessive amount of time to put in pedestrian crossing. Perhaps they could consider opening alternative routes temporarily.
