Just had my London roof completely redone by Norwood Roofing. Very professional and hard-working team .. always ensuring I was kept up to date with progress with pictures and clear explanations. I have used David and Patrick for several years and they do a great job, taking pride in what they do. They ensure that everything is neat and tidy at the end of each day - much appreciated by me. I have no hesitation again in recommending Norwood Roofing Specialists. Guttering again blocked (surrounded by trees so to be expected) and during the recent torrential rain, water splashing down the side of my house. I left a message for David today for his next availability, he called back well within an hour and I was lucky enough that he was in the area and with me within 15 mins. That is service in itself. He quickly established the problem and sorted it. He even sorted out blockages in other guttering about which I was unaware. We then discussed improving the layout of my guttering to minimise any future blockages and instantly he wanted to do the work in case of rain over the weekend. I am incredibly surprised by the last review. I have used David and his team for several years for various roofing and guttering matters and they have been most pleasant to deal with .. in fact they go out of their way to get things sorted by coming out of hours when they say that they will and their rates are most reasonable. None of the team have ever been aggressive or unwilling to engage on any occasion. They are most professional in attitude. They have never been pushy either and have always talked through options. I first used them when another trader on this forum came to quote and stated that I needed a new roof for ?20K! David then came around to quote and was horrified by 1) the quote 2) that the trader had only given me that option. David and his team are my go to professionals and I have happily recommended them to my family and friends. I am happy for people to IM me privately if they want further information.

I highly recommend David and his team for all roofing and guttering issues. After last week's heavy rain, my guttering was completely blocked and rain splashing all down the side of the house. I have used David previously for roofing matters so called him yesterday (Sunday) to see if he could come this week to resolve the issue. In fact he called back within 5 mins and had arranged to come over within 30 mins. On a Sunday! He then unblocked the guttering, washed down my roof and checked the grids to make sure I would have no issues. He always cleans up after himself and is highly respectful of my property. We discussed redirecting my guttering as it was clear to me that the current structure was not fit for purpose. He gave me a few options and we decided on one. Again I was prepared to wait, however he then returned first thing this morning before his other job had started to get it done, despite the drizzle. Another great recommendation for Steve at The Spin Doctor. The fan element on my Baumatic oven failed so I did my research on EDF and found his details. Steve was quick to respond with a convenient time and was very accommodating when I had to change it. Steve was punctual and clearly knew his stuff. He replaced the element quickly and I had a working oven again. He takes payment by card. Steve was efficient, friendly and left no mess. Would definitely use him again. Another recommendation for Brad and his team - they are a very professional team who deliver great results. I have used Brad on a couple of occasions now and on both occasions, he spent time understanding my requirements and talking through possibilities before sending over clear and very reasonable quotes. He and his team transformed my house - painted my hallway, kitchen and bedrooms; created new cupboards and shelving; removed my horrible double glazing units; put up curtain rails ... the list goes on. I left him and his team in my house every day and returned to a house that was tidied up with tools put away. Would definitely use Brad again - no question.

One more recommendation for Andy and his team who cleared my guttering and fixed a loose gutter. Andy, Richard and Taylor obviously very professional in their attitude and did extra things for me (cleared moss attached to my glass kitchen roof, provided a clip for free) willingly.
