Does anyone know which buses are going from camberwell to east dulwich. Every 176 is terminating in camberwell?

you are legally responsible for maintaining any gas appliances in the property (even if the tenants agree to do it). But you can do what you like with white goods (fridge, freezer, washer/dryer) - it's normal that if you supply it, you maintain it, but if the tenants agree to it simply add a clause at the end of the AST. The only thing I'd say to consider before doing this is what would happen if the items were beyond repair, if the tenant replaces them out of their own pocket it's theirs to take with them when they leave

I was expecting stuff from Amazon, dispatched on 7/12, estimated delivery on 10/12 (sent on their free delivery service) - nothing delivered and no missed delivery cards. I contacted Amazon last week and they asked me to wait until yesterday for the delivery to arrive, then they'd either refund or resend. I contacted them last night again and had an email this morning with a link to process the refund - no quibbles. Went to bookshop and bought the books the old fashioned way! Not helpful if your relying on the deliveries for christmas and don't have any other options, but at least if they don't turn up it you should get the money refunded ok. Still waiting on other parcels and 1st class post that was posted last Tuesday to arrive!

Does anyone know a Ms F Murray that's expecting a package from M&S? It's been address incorrectly to my house humber, so I can't redeliver it as I normally would.

Last time I booked a late appointment I was told (rather sharply) at the time of booking that I wouldn't be seen if I was late. I've not been told this for appointments in 'normal' working hours, so presume it only applies to out of hours appointment, which is fair enough... just a shame that appointments still run late even with the rule!

We live on Lordship Lane and our post deliveries have been irregular ever since we moved in 2 years ago. I am aware of quite a few items that haven't been delivered - fortunately nothing too important. We also regularly receive a lot of post for other addresses - normally for our nearby neighbours so we do tend to re-deliver it, but it does make you wonder how much of our post is being misdelivered. I have complained several times to the post office, and haven't really had a satisfactory response. I've just resigned myself to the fact that it's a completely unreliable post service and have anything important delivered to work!

I think they are probably still clearing out the building after the fire in January. I live over the road, and very little seems to have happened to the entire building since then

It's the flat above the derelict shop next to William Rose - fortunately, we think we saw the old lady being taken off to an ambulance.
