Yes thanks Melissa. I called them yesterday and they phoned me today. The more people who complain the more likely something will be done.

I'm having exactly the same problem and it seems to be around 6pm in the evening and 7ish in the morning. The cold tap runs fast but when I switch over to the hot tap there's very little pressure and the boiler is not sparking up. It has been getting worse recently and I did have Thames Water round a couple of years ago but they said it was my boiler. British gas said it was Thames Water. I'm not aware the ground floor flat has the same issues.

I had many a good night at The Drum! It was one of those places where you could knock on the shutters after closing and be let in. The music was always good there too. I was quite sad to see that place go.

Apparently my post regarding Suzieb & Chris was a bit cryptic. What I meant was if you read Chris's postings you will see that he starts his sentences with a full stop rather than putting a full stop at the end. I've never seen anyone do that before except for Suzieb! What a coincidence!!

Actually when I was getting my four quotes I met with Pawel. He was very professional, I had seen his portfolio and I still have his business card. I regret not going for Pawel but my big mistake was going for the cheapest. More fool me!
